Crystal Candy Edible Diamonds
Crystal Candy Edible Diamonds come in three different sizes and 25 colours. They are made of isomalt, a pure sugar substitute, and not from gel.
Customer Tip! These diamonds can literally last for ever as long as they are not exposed to moisture through contact with fingers or the air. They must be brushed with a light oil to prevent moisture clouding them once removed from the packaging.
Best Selling Sizes: 6mm is by far the best selling size followed by 10mm and then 13mm.
Best selling colours are: 6mm Clear, 10mm Clear, 6mm Navy, 6mm Baby Pink, 6mm Fuschia

There are two collections within the Lustres Dust range: Diamond (including the Vivid Collection), and Pearlescent.
Why Buy! Simply the very best colours on the market. Glitterati Gold, Mercury, Parisian Rose Gold and many more from the Diamond Collection are known in the cake decorating market as 'good' colours. For example, the golds are not to yellow, not too orange but just right.
