We want all our trade customers to receive their orders in perfect condition.

However, due to circumstances beyond our control such as third party shipping carriers and fulfillment house staff, products may be damaged or missing.

Crystal Candy therefore guarantees to replace or refund any damaged products.

Also, occassionally, trade customers may receive an incorrectly labelled product, may even receive an incorrect product or may receive a damaged product.

In cases such as these Crystal Candy will also refund or replace any items.

We will also pay a reasonable per product cost to cover staff time and costs should a product require relabelling.
